But Vedant!!!
We see you walking down the corridors at the institute with your big arms. We see you laughing in the cafes. We see you talking confidently to anyone etc. etc. etc…
Yes! Having a physique at a young age is a great advantage. People respect you more and especially girls. If you’re someone who only wants girls, then perhaps gym is indeed self improvement for you.
I’m 16 and I consider my physique to be at least in the top 1% at my age. People only love me/ respect me/ want to talk to me because I have a Greek God physique. Its all cool but its not the end goal.
You can search any influencer of 16 years and I’ll show you how better I am. Its because I researched about how muscle grows, the anatomy of each muscle and how to train in it’s specific plain of resistance in order to grow the most (hypertrophy).
The people I mostly hangout with are either entrepreneurial or gym freaks. I don’t care about anyone else. Maybe if you can talk to me about useful books then that counts too.
Only going to the gym isn’t enough. You need to work towards making money, reading books and working on various skills like communication, body language etc.
Exception is if you want to be a bodybuilder or an influencer. Then that’s fine.
However, even for that you need to have a solid plan. I saw a reel once and its absolutely my favourite reel of all time. I’m even getting goosebumps while typing this blog.
A guy tells how he met Arnold when he won his 5th Mr. Olympia and asked him about his future plans since there was not a lot of money in bodybuilding. Arnold said that first I’ll go to America and become the highest paying actor, then I’ll marry in the Kennedy family and I’ll become the governor of any big state (California in this case).
Check. Check. Check.
He manifested it and he worked for it, therefore he achieved it.
Keep Growing.
