Discipline is doing what we hate doing but doing as if you love doing it. Alright, that’s a bit of exaggeration but you get the point.

Whilst writing this blog I’m having fever and headache but I’m still doing to write the blog because that’s what I’m supposed to do. Now many people struggle with procrastination. I’m not a productivity expert but I’ve been reading “Eat that Frog”-https://amzn.to/479TWuC and its one of the best productivity books out there.

It doesn’t go deep into the science behind procrastination but will provide you with actionable steps. I’ll also write a short review or summary sort of thing after reading the book fully.

Many of us know what to do already. You might have a startup idea for instance or you need to study for an upcoming test. Get it done my friend. No one is coming to do the work for you. You have to do the work.

Distractions-

We all knowingly or unknowingly have many distractions. This is a world where I think the distractions are on the peak. I could elaborate more on this by getting into the whole “dopamine” aspect of this argument but we’ll leave that for another day.

Phone is one of the biggest distractions today and I don’t understand why the young generation is modernizing staying on your phone 24/7. Its not good. Simply.

Put your away in another room whenever you want to do deep work.

Just get started and you’ll start to feel good once you start getting the healthy dopamine and I hope one day you all can non emotionally perform your work to the best of your capabilities irrespective of how you feel.

Thanks for reading.
