What is a burnout?

In simple terms, a burnout is when you’re tired of your schedule and it results in a lack of energy, which leads to inefficiencies in life.

Does it even matter?

I don’t believe in the idea of burnout, I do understand feeling burned out is real and honestly I’m feeling like that while writing this blog. It doesn’t really matter because I always believe in performing your tasks irrespective of however tough the circumstances get. Since burnout can really affect people badly I’ll discuss how to avoid it and if you’re facing it then how to recover.

How to recover-

The best thing I can tell you is that don’t think about it too much. The best way to avoid any adversity is to make it clear to yourself that it isn’t adversity.

Consistency is one of the only thing that truly matters in this world. I go to the gym 7 days a week now, I do 200-500 pushups and the studies and work is different.

You could take a break but in my experience that doesn’t work for too long. In my case, the longer I don’t work, the stronger I feel bad about everything. I understand that sometimes it doesn’t feel like working but you need to get over it. Burnout is not a disease, its simply a sign that you’re working hard enough. Keep going mate.

If you feel like you’ve burned out . Don’t focus on how to “feel” good at the moment. Don’t push yourself to the limits at these times but at the same time don’t rest for too long.

How to avoid it?

There’s nothing I can tell you about avoiding it honestly. If you are avoiding it, you aren’t working hard enough. Yeah, if you are not pushing yourself. It won’t feel bad. So being a loser is the only thing you can do to avoid it.

Conclusion-

To conclude this blog I’d like to say that it make me furious to see that when I googled about burnout it said you need 3 months to a year to recover. Trust me, give yourself 1 day max to max. I’ve been there and taking more days off won’t work. Being a coward doesn’t work. Take pride in your burnout.
