I’m trying to be honest with everyone here. I didn’t work on day 4 at all. I studied and hit the gym but did not work. Now I know that the work is getting less priority since the last 2 days but after writing this blog, I’m going to continue outreach and cold emailing leads.

Physique update, I’m finally getting lean towards abs. I’ve decent amount of muscle mass and I reckon that I’ll lose muscle mass and strength while cutting but that’s fine. Getting leaner, seeing new veins, muscle definition etc. is a good feeling in itself.

I hope day 5 is a lot better than day 4.
